While shown to be an effective remedy for the reduction of anxiety, it has also been reported to cause headaches and night terrors in some individuals. This may be due to the fact that some people lack a digestive conversion property necessary to effectively break down Valerian... 如此想来,我是"some individuals" 当中的某位了?

it looks like the root "zel" in german means herbal plants...it remind me of the German fairy tale "Rapunzel"....this tale kind of has a sexual dimension in
it...kind of bizarre...like your nightmares?

no, dude.. my nightmares are about lonely friendly ghosts and nasty baby rats.....
rapunzel.... i was reading all those love fairy tales when i was a 5th grader... sexual dimension... hahahaaa... you really think hard. but it is all about things happening between girls and boys.
It just happened to me to think that Rapunzel is a bizarre story, not suitable for kids. How can a girl who lives all her life in a tower and never seen a man before actually had a baby with him...the man is a wicked one who corrupts the innocent and pure girl...from the point of view of the witch who stole Rapunzel...i am thhinking in her shoes and feeling bad for her...and then what is her real intention? she locks the girl up and dominates her...ok..the story can go more bizarre...

well, it is not bad for kids to be aware that there are indeed people in this world stealing other people's babies. I found the prince was rather sweet to fall in love with that girl as I was reading it.
Another fairy tale “Rumpelstiltskin” is really the one that i think is bizarre. As a young girl, i thought this story was just morally incorrect. that girl just tricked the king to marry her. this is just not right.
hey, you said you are going to lend me that fairy tale book, right? are these stories included?

... i just read the story again on wiki... it's not as i remembered. it seems that miller's daughter just want to save her own life and keep her baby...
The story is about this little magician/guy who can make gold, right? i read this story and Rapunzel on the children's floor in the library...didn't read them as a child. yeah the stories books, will show you next time when we meet. remind me that. When i was little, i like the story about the brother and sister were abandoned by their poor parents and got lost in the forest. they saw a house made of candies and then there is this wicked old witch who wanted to eat them...yeah that one. but then it was the drawings that attracted me the most in those books, mainly Western archtiecture and clothings. i would compared them in details.
